In recent years,China's food quality and safety accidents frequently,the food industry development situation is grim,food safety management has been widespread concern.The safety management performance evaluation caused by the safe operation of the enterprise also causes the enterprise to attach great importance.The effective safety management can help the enterprises to optimize the existing safety management resources and provide reference for the long-term development of the enterprise.In the study of enterprise safety management performance evaluation,the previous scholars have made a great contribution,but there are also some problems,such as the index set the weight and evaluation results subjective factors too heavy.Therefore,this paper introduces the data envelopment analysis into the enterprise's safety management performance evaluation.DEA method has no need to dimensionless data processing,no need to set the weight,quantitative and qualitative indicators can be colleagues,the results of the study of strong objectivity and so limited.DEA method is used to evaluate the performance of enterprise safety management,which can not only make the calculation result objective,but also can improve the direction of improvement of decision-making unit to help enterprises to improve safety management measures.Based on the analysis of the previous research results,this paper puts forward a set of widely applicable safety management performance evaluation index system,envelope security awareness and risk control ability.The dimension relation and applicability of the index system are tested.A certain scientific nature.The main contents of this paper are as follows: First,through the collection of relevant information,to further understand the current situation of enterprise safety management performance evaluation,the theoretical significance and practical significance of this paper are discussed.Secondly,it defines the related concepts and theoretical basis of this paper,so that the content of the article is well documented and reasonable,and the relevant concepts and basic theories of data envelopment analysis are discussed in detail.The model and the feasibility and advantages in performance evaluation.Thirdly,this paper summarizes and summarizes the performance evaluation indexes of safety management proposed by the predecessors.Combining with the data envelopment analysis method,we can construct the input and output index of data envelopment analysis based on the data management system of data envelopment analysis,Through the questionnaire of safety management of X-Pie Group,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed,and the input index was 10,and the output index was 3.Fourth,the collected data into the model,and deap software,the DEA method of empirical analysis.This paper evaluates the safety management performance of 10 decision units under X Group,and puts forward reasonable reference decision for the result of evaluation.Fifthly,it summarizes the research contents of this paper,puts forward the conclusion of this paper,and prospects the research of this paper.The important conclusion of this paper is that the safety management of X Peach Group achieved excellent results in the actual efficiency evaluation.For example,the technical effectiveness of DMU5,DMU6 and DMU7 is close to 1,which shows that the safety management of X Peach Group fully embodies the safety awareness and The advantages of risk management and control also play a corresponding role.The worst enterprise in the evaluation of technical effectiveness is DMU8,which still needs improvement in strengthening safety management.
