Motivation And Financial Performance Analysis Of The Asset Securitization Of Overseas Chinese City A

The history of asset securitization dates back to the 1970 s,when the booming development of American financial market was closely related to the asset securitization business of many financial institutions.With the epidemic of asset securitization in developed countries,the advantage of the financial innovation tools also gradually by other countries capital markets,financial institutions consciousness,then developing in many countries around the world.In this paper,from the Angle of enterprise asset securitization,asset securitization of the impetus of the enterprise and financial performance analysis and research,help to promote enterprise actively carry out assets securitization in China.Domestic scholars is not systematic research on asset securitization,the authors choose to release agent and financial performance,not only can effectively supplement the related research results,and provide valuable experience for domestic enterprises to carry out the relevant business.This paper studies the motivation and financial performance of asset securitization,mainly from the analysis of motivation,short-term financial performance analysis and long-term financial performance analysis.At the same time,on oct asset securitization of financial data before and after using the event analysis,the added value of economic law and financial indicators analysis,carries on the quantitative analysis on financial performance,and finally gives Suggestions for Chinese enterprises to carry out the asset securitization.Through the analysis of literatures and cases,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)the enterprise asset securitization has the characteristics of flexibility,low threshold and risk isolation,and its position in the capital market is irreplaceable.(2)while reducing the cost of financing,enterprise asset securitization can optimize the capital structure and improve the financial situation in the short term.(3)the asset securitization of overseas Chinese city is not obvious in the short term,but also improves the liquidity of the assets.
