Abstract/Summary:
The social composition and economic and social development of the mixed areas of Yi and Han are more complex and backward than those in the pure ethnic minority areas and the Han nationality settlements.The policies and measures needed in the precise poverty alleviation need to be closer to the actual situation in such areas.As a major national project,it is necessary to invest a great deal of manpower,financial resources and material resources to achieve the goal of overall poverty reduction and a comprehensive well-off society.The precise poverty alleviation,through what kind of measures,what kind of assessment means to ensure that people do their best,is particularly critical.In addition,influenced by geographical location and historical reasons,China’s regional development is extremely unbalanced,which is embodied in the imbalance between the eastern and western regions,and the uneven development between plain areas and mountainous areas.What measures should be taken for assisting the underdeveloped and underdeveloped areas,the underdeveloped villages and towns,the underdeveloped villages,the backward villages and the backward villages,testing the wisdom of the rulers,and testing the wisdom of all the helping cadres?
