Research On The Relationship Between Equity Structure And Financial Performance Of Listed Companies On GEM

we find that the main board market has always been a hot object that scholars are competing for.In recent years,as the market becomes more open,gem enterprises are gaining more and more attention.Gem enterprises have small scale and limited financing.Therefore,further optimization of capital structure and ownership structure is of great significance for GEM companies to arrange limited funds and enhance business performance.Therefore,through a series of screening and finishing,we get 576 research samples of GEM market,and use empirical analysis to test the mediating effect of capital structure on ownership structure and corporate performance,and then draw relevant conclusions.It is hoped that the shareholding ratio and capital structure of the GEM listed enterprises can be more reasonably arranged,thus maximizing the performance of the enterprise.In this paper,192 GEM listed companies which were selected and selected in-2016 in 2014 were selected as the research object,and the relationship between the three groups of ownership structure,capital structure and enterprise performance was discussed.First of all,we have a clear understanding of the research status in this field after searching the existing literature at home and abroad,and making a comparison between the literature and the literature.Then this article collects the related data of the gem enterprise through the wind database and the Tai'an database of CSMAR country.With the help of the SPSS statistical software,the collected sample data are processed to verify the previous hypothesis.According to the research conclusion,the listed enterprises of the gem should improve the internal management system of the enterprises and establish a good mechanism for the coordinated development of the equity structure and the capital structure.We can think about how to use the intermediary role of capital structure to achieve the purpose of promoting enterprise performance,each enterprise may need the number of financing are different,so the rate of assets and liabilities in the end in a stage which is more appropriate,only according to the actual situation to measure,and then improve the ownership structure,capital structure adjustment,establish a sound internal management system and the mechanism of corporate governance,in order to consolidate the good foundation for the further development of small and medium sized enterprises.
