With the rapid development of China's IT technology and the rapid advancement of e-commerce,people's mobile life has become more colorful, and bar code payment has become the mainstream payment method nowadays. In particular, merchants have used cash collection codes to collect cash.Settlement to optimize the cash collection process and bring greater efficiency. From the traditional cash register to the collection of cash register codes and the choice of different collection code brands, the attitudes of the merchants and behavioral decisions are of utmost importance. They can be exploited through research on the use of payment codes for small and micro merchants.Use the theoretical framework of the behavior and explain the usage behavior. This article sorts out relevant research methods, research objects, and research conclusions of foreign scholars on mobile payments, and proposes the research theme of the research on mobile payment use behavior of small and micro merchants based on the grounded theory, that is,based on the perspective of small and micro merchants.Rooted in the theory of research methods to explore the small micro-business users of mobile payment behavioral influence factors and their interaction mechanisms. In this thesis, grounded theory research method is used as a research guide.Firstly, the interview outline is designed and revised through pre-interviews.After that,it takes more than nine months for formal interviews to collect a total of 36 samples.During each period, one interview needs to be collected.Open coding and spindle coding, cycle until it reaches theoretical saturation.Through the initial concept,a total of 16 subcategories and 9 main categories were extracted. Finally, the main axis was constructed through selective coding and theoretical construction. The “small micro-merchant mobile payment behavior influencing factor model” was obtained.Through the analysis of the use behaviors of small and micro-merchants in the two types of collection codes used in interviews, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)We can see that business owners' cognition includes environmental cognition,self-cognition and public opinion guidance. And the recognition of collection codes,in which environmental cognition and self-cognition have a strong influence on the use of the first stage and decision-making on initial use behavior;(2)Comparative advantages, usefulness, and trust. It is the key factor that influences the behavior of the merchant's collection code used in the product layer factors. However, the impact of ease of use and risk factors will be relatively small.(C)The analysis of this article shows that the use results of merchants' initial use behavior will have an impact on their continuous use behavior. The use results, including the two dimensions of expectation confirmation and use evaluation, will comprehensively affect satisfaction.Initial use behavior will produce systemic experience and act on the next stage of behavioral decision-making.The choice of different pay code brands is actually an expected process of production and enhancement. This thesis obtained by the method of grounded theory model to build small businesses use behavior influencing factors model of mobile payment, through the analysis of the meantime conceptual category discussed merchants cognitive factors, product layer and use the results to the collection of the merchant code use behavior. This research suggests that service providers should make greater efforts to provide services on the basis of product functions and maintain closer ties with merchants to gain customer trust. This thesis provides an effective reference for subsequent research, which has theoretical and practical significance?...
