Research On Internal Control Of H Manufacturing Enterprises

Nowadays,because of the trend of economic globalization,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense.For these reasons,according to the industry characteristics of manufacturing enterprises,it is important to optimize and improve its internal control process.The economy created by manufacturing enterprises occupies a large proportion in China's national economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the characteristics of the industry and explore the internal control framework suitable for it.To design manufacturing enterprise internal control framework,it is necessary to analyze the whole chain of the industry control and the characteristics of manufacturing industry.Through reviewing the relevant theories of internal control and the related contents of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper forms the theoretical foundation of this article.On this basis,this paper study the actual situation of H company,points out the main problems in internal control of the H company.The first problem is that managers' idea is too old,the second is the design of the internal control framework coverage is not comprehensive,the third is the weak internal capital control,the forth is the company's internal and external information communication efficiency is not high.This paper designs the framework of its internal control and puts forward some safeguard measures.Focuses on business activities and processes of manufacturing enterprise,This paper provides some suggestions for improving the internal control framework of H manufacturing enterprises from three aspects.And then according to the specific evaluation results,some specific suggestions are provided for H company to ensure the smooth implementation of the internal control process.
