The Analysis On The Factors Of Tourists’ Satisfaction Of The Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain

With the improvement of living standard and development of economy,more and more people are taking part in tourist activity,spurring the tourist industry.The tourist industry is an efficient propeller for local economy,supported by the adjustment of economic structure from government.Tourist scenic spot,a main part of tourist system,“With the aim to acquire the core competitive power should not only protect,develop and construct the resource but also do some research on the satisfaction on the tourists because of the value reflected by the main participants and tourists.A views of this,this study taking Baiyun Mountain scenic area of Guangzhou as the research object,this paper uses the method of theoretical analysis and empirical research to study its tourist satisfaction and its influencing factors.First,this paper analyzes the research background,research questions;secondly,based on a review of the literature and theory,construct the model of factors affecting tourists’ satisfaction and put forward the relevant research hypotheses;again,according to the statistics of2012-2015 Baiyun Mountain tourist service center hotline of tourist satisfaction.Finally,the final research conclusions are obtained :(1)Tourist satisfaction influencing factors are: security services,plant greening,sanitation and infrastructure;(2)Tourist satisfaction is the highest security service,including area actively help relatives and friends,to help find the missing items;(3)The scenic tourist satisfaction is the lowest damage and health infrastructure cleaning not in place;(4)Tarious influencing factors of tourist satisfaction can also be subdivided,that need to pay attention to the details of the scenic area management,the scenic area can continue to improve.In order to improve the satisfaction of tourists,this paper the following suggestions:(1)to strengthen the maintenance and management of infrastructure;(2)increase the area of health cleaning efforts;(3)scenic green environment;(4)improve the Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain scenic area safety and service personnel quality and SO on.
