Automobile insurance is an important part of property.It is also an important source of income and profit for property insurance companies.The marketing of automobile insurance is of great significance for the existence and development of property insurance companies.Based on existing research data,combined with their own in car insurance business in some of the experience,to Beijing RB company car insurance business as the research object,based on the development of the company car insurance business on the detailed analysis,elaborated the company car insurance marketing strategy,and using the theory of mind map marketing the strategy of the company car insurance business analysis.In the study with literature first introduced the development of China's automobile insurance,including the development status and characteristics of the development,introduces the research of the theory,including the theory of strategic marketing,precision marketing theory,cooperative marketing theory,combined with the automobile insurance business,the application of these theories in the study of the analysis.The specific marketing strategy at home and property insurance companies to use in the auto insurance business is analyzed according to the Beijing branch of RB,mainly including the difference marketing strategy,price strategy,product marketing and service marketing strategy,marketing strategy and the several advantages and disadvantages,and applicability of the analysis,there are a preliminary understanding and understanding of the auto insurance business management strategy of domestic property insurance companies.The basic situation of branch after a brief introduction of RB on the analysis of the two strategies of the company car insurance business,which is the service strategy and price marketing strategy,and the analysis of RB company auto insurance business SWOT,the strategic choice of the future,the problem RB car insurance business the strategic development goals,formulate business strategy car insurance,car insurance business strategy implementation measures,put forward to strengthen the automobile insurance marketing management suggestions,hoping to provide some help for the company to improve the enterprise marketing ability of insurance business.
