The Study Of Effective And Strategy On Commercial Banking's Credit Assets Securitization In China

As a financial innovation tool,asset securitization has gradually become an important means for governments to improve the efficiency of financial resource allocation and promote economic growth.China's asset securitization pilot work began in 2005 and there is a brief stagnation from 2009 to 2011,and restarted in the second half of 2011.China has issued 358 phase asset securitization products and the total amount reached 1 trillion and 373 billion 780 million yuan by 2017.Credit asset securitization is a kind of product which is composed of commercial bank credit and other assets.It is an important tool for banking institutions to improve their liquidity of assets and risk management.The development of credit asset securitization is not only beneficial for ease capital pressure,revitalize non-performing assets,improve fund use efficiency,but also an important tool to adjust credit structure and solve the problem of maturity mismatching of assets and liabilities in commercial bank.Based on the reviews of credit asset securitization studies and theory,this paper introduces the development status of China's credit asset securitization,participants,the structure of the transaction and the impact on the security,liquidity and profitability of China's commercial banks.Taking XX Commercial Bank as an example,a business volume model and a publishing strategy model are established to obtain the best issue strategy of credit asset securitization in China's commercial banks.Also provides some advices for the development of the credit asset securitization business in China from the perspective of commercial banks and regulatory authorities.
