The Valuation Methods Study Of Civil UAV Industry

Recently,more and more enterprises listed on the NEEQ,especially of Civil Unmanned Vehicle companies.The valuation of them became more and more important.This paper first described the domestic and foreign enterprises on the valuation of the relevant research,and then introduced the valuation research progress of the listed companies according to the characteristics of the NEEQ.Based on the comparison of the main kinds of methods of enterprise valuation,according to the high risk and high growth characteristics of the NEEQ market,this paper use the Venture Capital Method which is the most common method of foreign venture capital investment organization as the main model,add P/S and P/B methods as supplementary analysis methods,consider with the key financial factors,to carry out valuation analysis of the UAV companies listed on the NEEQ,and finally get the applicable investment recommendation,improving the valuation research for venture investment in high-tech growth companies.In the case of using the VC method,the Standard VC method and the Modified VC method are used to calculate and compare the values respectively.We use the data from one of the listed company,practice as a real investment case to process every step to get the result,also use sensitive analysis to work out different valuation under several conditions.And then we also constructed P/S,P/B method,together with key financial factors analysis for the valuation ranking and investment recommendation.As a result of kinds of comparative methods,RSK company has the highest investment valuation.
