The Study On Asset Securitization Of Agricultural Supply Chain Finance

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,China has made significant achievements in the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.However,agricultural finance and rural finance still appear to be insufficiently driven in the financial system of our country.The current situation of insufficient supply of rural capital limits the development of agriculture and rural rejuvenation.At the policy level,the government spared no effort to promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,trying to cultivate new kinetic energy for agricultural and rural development,and optimize the industrial chain,value chain and interest chain of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The research on agricultural supply chain finance and its asset securitization is of great significance in promoting the reform of the agricultural supply side and solving the micro-problems such as financial services of agriculture,rural areas and farmers..The further development of agricultural supply chain finance can gradually change the traditional ideas of agricultural credit and credit assessment.In particular,the expansion of China's asset and securities markets in recent years has opened up new channels for direct securitization financing in agricultural supply chain financial assets.This paper uses this as an entry point to study the effective integration of agricultural supply chain entities and capital markets with innovative financing methods and securitization of agricultural supply chain assets.Based on the current situation of agricultural supply chain finance,this paper analyzes the securitization of agricultural supply chain financial assets in light of the principle of asset securitization,and seeks to resolve the financing difficulties arising from the lack of credit of traditional entities in the agricultural supply chain.In terms of content arrangement and innovation,first,from the perspective of risk control and product design,this paper evaluates innovation factors and risk mechanisms based on the case of securitization model in the context of agricultural supply chain finance.Second,using the KMV method based on Black-Scholes-Merton model,the credit risk assessment of asset pools was conducted,and new ideas for the practice and optimization of the securitization of agricultural supply chain financial assets were explored.The research is of great significance for that the securitization of agricultural supply chain financial assets can optimize the agricultural industry chain and value chain,improve the assets and financial status of the main agricultural supply participants,improve and enrich the innovation practice of agriculture supporting in the capital market,and the security of agricultural financial assets and rural financial assets.
