With the rapid market economy development of China,the state-owned commercial banks are requiring urgent strategic transformation of personal financial business,because of the increasingly fierce competition among commercial banks,and the rapid expansion of internet finance.The benefit of the bank's operating outlets directly affects the overall competitiveness of a bank,and the competitiveness of the personal financial business in the market is one of the important sign of the comprehensive competitiveness for the banks.While,all of the operating indicators for total sub-branches are almost realized by the operating outlets,so the grassroots business outlets are facing enormous business development pressure.In the face of external competition and industry change,outlets of Bank of China,as one of the four major state-owned commercial banks,whose personal financial business sector is squeezed market share,or finds new competitiveness in the competition,and establishes a new strategic business model,which is the focus of this paper.This paper analyzes the personal financial business strategy of Dongzhimen sub-branch of Bank of China,which provides a reference as an example for the development strategy of commercial bank's personal financial business.The first chapter is based on the background of current state-owned commercial banks,and summarizes the personal banking business of Bank of China Beijing Sub-branch,and briefly describes the main purpose of Dongzhimen sub-branch as the object of study and the overall framework of this paper.The second chapter introduces the overall operation status of the personal banking business of Bank of China Beijing sub-branch and Dongzhimen sub-branch,and studies the current situation and performance evaluation framework of the personal financial business of Dongzhimen sub-branch.The third chapter summarizes the problems existing in the development of personal finance business in Dongzhimen sub-branch of Bank of China,and analyzes and enumerates the existing problems from the management model,marketing ideas,competitive advantages change.The fourth chapter analyzes the personal financial business of Dongzhimen sub-branch of Bank of China by SWOT to explains the strategic advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.In the fifth chapter,through the analysis of the problems existing in the development of personal finance business of Dongzhimen sub-branch of Bank of China,some suggestions to solve the related problems are proposed,and the overall strategy for the personal financial business development of Beijing Dongzhimen sub-branch are discussed.The sixth chapter,through the overall design of the personal financial business development strategy of Dongzhimen sub-branch of Bank of China,expounds the concrete measures for the implementation of the strategy.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of personal financial business of Dongzhimen sub-branch of Bank of China in current financial environment,and to find a suitable path to strategic transformation,and to strengthen and enhance the status of existing personal financial business in the process of transformation,and finally to formulate a set of effective business strategy to meet the challenges of today's new era of financial markets,new opportunities.
