Research On The Role Of Private Equity Funds Participating In The Reform Of State-owned Enterprises

As an investment tool,private equity funds have the dual characteristics of a flexible capital structure and superior operating mechanism.Private equity funds,as a weapon that shines in foreign equity structure adjustments,also serve as a good reference for the reform of state-owned enterprises.Compared to foreign-capitalized equity funds that have been splendid in the process of equity changes abroad,domestic equity changes have just been introduced into this organization.Therefore,research results in this field are still relatively rare.This article uses the literature method and case analysis method to study the role of private equity funds in the reform of state-owned enterprises:First of all,based on the analysis of related theory of private equity funds and its specific operating mechanism.After introducing the background of the continuous historical evolution of state-owned enterprises after years of reform,explore the possibility and necessity of private equity funds participating in the reform of state-owned enterprises.Based on the case study of private equity funds at home and abroad,the role of private equity funds in the reform of state-owned enterprises was explored: promoting the diversification of state-owned enterprises' equity,improving the liquidity of state-owned enterprises' equity and capital operation capabilities,and improving the efficiency and upgrading of the merger and withdrawal of state-owned enterprises State-owned enterprise corporate governance,promotion of state-owned enterprise incentive mechanism and operating performance;Finally,the proposal of maximizing the role of private equity funds in participating in the reform of state-owned enterprises is proposed:(1)Encourage and support the financial industry to incorporate private equity funds into the reform of state-owned enterprises(2)Supporting state-owned enterprises to participate in private equity funds(3)Implement registration system reform and further improve the multi-level capital market system(4)Further clarify the regulatory agencies(5)Eliminating tax obstacles...
