A Research On The Development Strategy Of Financial Technology Enterprises

In recent years,the financial science and technology set off an upsurge in the industry.Due to the lack of qualifications of Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises(MSMEs)and the fact that many emerging service-type companies do not have sufficient assets for mortgage lending,it makes the financing of MSMEs difficult.In contrast to the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises,MSMEs are difficult to obtain financial support and many scattered investors face the challenge of investing without oppotunities.As a result of the financing difficulties of MSMEs,and difficult situation of financial management of individual investors,P2P lending platform first came up in the United Kingdom,while the first online lending company in China appeared in 2006 as well.P2P lending mode,which is an effective supplement to traditional financial institutions,is not only favored by the MSMEs,but also supported by the national laws and policies since this model has rapid stimulated the development of inclusive finance in our country.This article applies the relative theories of management to analyze the development of LENDHOME in detail.The first step is to sum up from the existing documents,and then a series of theories will be applied in different aspects:PEST analysis method for analyzing macro-environment of LENDHOME,Five Forces Model for analyzing the industry competition that network loan platforms are facing,and SWOT analysis for analyzing the development of LENDHOME by combining with the case of LENDHOME.Consequently,there comes up with the strategic options and blueprint of LENDHOME.In the process of research and theory analysis,and based on the real development situation of LENDHOME,this paper aims to figure out the causes and problems that LENDHOME is facing and put forward feasible strategic plans for the development of LENDHOME.
