Research On The Credit Risk Management Of Large Enterprises Of Bank Of China,Huludao Branch

Credit business is the foundation of all banking business and the comprehensive embodiment of all banking businesses.With the continuous reform and innovation of China's financial system,credit business is very important for banks.However,there is still much room for improvement in the management of credit risk in China's banks.Bank of China Huludao branch is the secondary branch.Although the internal credit business process has a more detailed operation specification and some precautions against the risk of credit business,the management of the credit business is still unsatisfactory in the process of handling the credit business.This paper summarizes the relevant theories about credit risk management at home and abroad,and introduces the basic situation of the risk management of the customer credit business in the large enterprise of the Bank of China,Huludao branch.Based on the comprehensive risk management theory,the main factors affecting the risk management of large enterprises' credit business are analyzed from the eight factors,such as the internal environment,target setting,event identification,risk assessment,risk response,control activities,information and communication,and monitoring.On the basis of the analysis,five suggestions,including strengthening the internal environment construction,optimizing the customer credit structure,improving the risk assessment system,implementing the due diligence procedure,improving the control activities,rationally planning the credit process,improving the monitoring and evaluation mechanism and strengthening the management of the loan after loan,are put forward.Risk management theory is used to improve the credit risk management ability of Bank of China Huludao branch.
