Research On Family Farm Operation And Employment

With the development of urbanization and agricultural modernization,as a new type of agricultural management subject,Family Farm has become a better form of modern agricultural production and management to continue the household contract management system.Domestic and foreign scholars have rich research contents on family farms.However,there are few Family Farm employment.The employment difficulties affect Family Farm’s normal operation.The hired workers are not only conducive to the development of Family Farm,but also,more importantly,to promote the identity transformation of village farmers relying on Family Farm.This research takes 4 Family Farms in Lujiang County of Anhui Province as an example,using qualitative research method to analyze the current situation and difficulties of Family Farm operation.It focus on the problems of employee use and development in the operation of Family Farms.The study at the Family Farm in Le Qiao town has achieved remarkable results,but it still faces four difficulties,including land,fund,socialized service and employment.The employment is the most prominent.Family Farm employment is different from landlord and business.In current Family Farm,employers and employees are constituting a double employment relationship.During Family Farm development,it is facing very tricky employment problems,mainly refer to less employees,expensive employees and unstable employees.In view of the problems of Family Farm employment,this paper puts forward four solutions.Firstly,determine the status of employees on the Family Farm scale.Secondly,cultivate new type of professional farmers to improve the quality of employees.Thirdly,promote the modernization of Family Farm to deal with the risk of "No employment".Lastly,provide agricultural socialization services to eliminate obstacles of Family Farm,so as to promote good and fast development of Family Farm.
