With the rapid development of economy, commercial banks have an important influence into all aspects of economic operation. The role of capital allocation in the development of commercial banks has played a pivotal role. The allocation of funds in commercial banks is about to collect idle funds in the society. At the same time,it collects the collected funds into production and operation indirectly in the form of loan, which constitutes the credit business of commercial banks.Based on its more comprehensive credit system, commercial banks provide indirect financing channels for enterprises, and promote the development of multi-level financing channels in China, and accelerate the development of real economy. At the same time,in the process of continuous improvement of credit business, commercial banks also take credit business as a business link, and rely on the accumulation of resources between customers and depositors by credit business, which further promotes the development of other business of commercial banks. With the outbreak of the financial crisis and the periodicity of the liquidity risk of commercial banks, the traditional liquidity regulatory indicators can not meet the risk prediction and supervision. The Basel Committee has set up two indicators of liquidity regulation,Liquidity Coverage Ratio(LCR)and Net Stable Funding Ratio(NSFR).China is also steadily pushing forward the requirements of liquidity supervision, bringing two indicators into the regulatory system. The inclusion of these two indicators has formed the "Chinese version" of Basel III,which is applicable to the commercial banks of China.Accordingly, this paper summarizes NSFR of 34 Commercial Banks in China, trying to analyze the impact of liquidity regulation indicators on the credit supply of commercial banks in China.Meanwhile, considering the uneven development of China’s commercial banks,34 commercial banks are divided into three categories:state owned banks,joint-stock banks and city commercial banks. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of unified liquidity regulation requirements on credit supply of different types of commercial banks.According to the above research, fromtwo angles of the supervisor and the commercial bank, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy to the commercial banks, and promotes the disclosure of the information of the commercial banks from the policy level. At the same time, different types of commercial banks should be carried out to achieve a comprehensive and diversified supervision. |
