The Credit Risk Management Of Group Customers On Commercial Banks

The commercial bank is an enterprise that runs the risk.Credit business is one of the main businesses of commercial Banks.Because of the coexistence of profits and risks,the risk management of credit business is also the top priority of commercial banks.The bad loan ratio of banks is an important index to evaluate the risk control of a commercial.In 2017,the audit report of ABC revealed that the annual non-performing loan rate was down to 1.81%,the net profit increased to 4.93%,and the decline in the non-performing loan rate contributed significantly to the profit growth.Because ABC's public loans account for 62.59% of its total loans,the risk management of public credit directly affects the profitability of banks.In recent years,along with the development of economy and the continuous integration of industrial chains,the credit of commercial banks to group customers is increasing.Credit for group customers plays a decisive role in corporate credit business.While enjoying the high added value and high contribution rate of the group customers,as their large and non inverted advantages,many banks have also made a blind investment.When the bank's bad rate is rising and the profit margin is falling,the risk of the group customers is also exposed.Once up on a credit risk happend on one group customer,they will dying one by one.This paper is starting from the banking business.First of all,on the basis of the general legal person credit risk management,we studied the characteristics and risks of the group customers.Secondly,we analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the customer risk management of the Agricultural Bank Group.Thirdly,we put forward the improvement measures of management level responsibility and credit,letter of use and post loan management.
