China's auto finance market has huge opportunities for development,but it also faces various problems,such as:single financing channels,high capital costs,not yet established a comprehensive social credit system,etc.,subject to various types of factors,making auto financing business face more Big risk.At present,China's auto finance market has a short development time,and lack of relevant data and data.Domestic scholars and financial institutions mostly study the risk management issues of commercial banks and lack the risk of auto financing business for financial leasing companies.Management research,so that its risk management analysis is inadequate.By studying the status quo of risk management and control of auto finance business of DJ Financing Leasing Company,it shows the typical problems presented by China's overall automotive financial market,and then puts forward its own ideas on the basis of relevant theories,which is the risk of DJ's used-car financing lease business.The management and control issues put forward corresponding countermeasures,which are of great significance to the further development of the used car business of DJ.This article uses the historical data of the used car financing leasing business of DJ,according to the customer information and project development situation,using Logistic regression modeling to provide a preliminary screening scientific basis for the DJ company's used car business.Based on the model structure and analysis,this paper proposes to optimize the DJ company's business operation process,standardize the DJ company's used car business system,strengthen the management of channel dealers and cooperative car dealers,strengthen DJ company personnel management,and improve the DJ company's information system.
