Study On The Strategic Transformation Path Of SDE Company

How to implement corporate continued growth has been the focus and the most challenging topic in business practice.After three decades of rapid economic development,the proportion of the first industry in China has fallen while the proportion of the second and the third industry has increased.But the industrial structure is not reasonable enough.More and more enterprises have to choose "transformation" as an important means of seeking revival or achieving sustained growth.this article thoroughlydescribed the transformation of SDE company from a thermal power plant of traditional electric power to a clean energy and low-carbon plant.This article reviewed the theories of strategic transformation of enterprises,analyzedthe problems existing in the strategic transformation of SDE company.Then it analyzed the problems of the traditional electric power infrastructure industry in our country,explored the ideas and methods and foundsustainable development approach and profit growth point for SDE.It found out the path and safeguard of strategic transformation of SDE.Through exploring the strategic transformation path of SDE,it provides model reference for the traditional electric power infrastructure industry which represents poor management,high consumption,large waste,poor efficiency and low competitiveness,to accelerate the speed of pattern change of economic development and implement the strategy of transformation.The innovations of this article lies in:(1)by analyzing the latest studies domestic and abroad,and applying classical theory to the analysis process,this article discovered the problems of SDE company strategic transformation and did a further exploration of the causes;(2)it put forward the reasonable pathsof strategic transformation of SDE,including exploring electric power marketsoverseas,developing clean energy and new energy,improving the technological innovation ability and optimizing the brands,and then illustrated the safeguard measures and reasonable path to realize the strategic transformation.
