In the new economic environment, the market competition situation has undergone earth-shaking changes, and the competitive advantage that companies obtain through internal resource integration is gradually diminishing.Cross-organizational collaborative cooperation has become a hot topic of market competition and supply chain collaboration management is gradually be valued. However, our country's supply chain management research started late, most companies have not yet constructed a comprehensive and effective collaborative management control method of supply chain and applied them scientifically, which is inconsistent with the actual realization of supply chain coordination and control. At present, domestic and foreign researches on supply chain collaborative management or performance evaluation mostly stay at the level of theoretical analysis. There are few research projects that can combine theoretical analysis and case studies, and there is less research on the application of collaborative management and performance evaluation of supply chain. Therefore, this article starts from this standpoint and uses a combination of theory and case analysis to try to study how to construct a comprehensive and effective collaborative management model of supply chain and its corresponding performance evaluation indicators, and how to design an effective management and control mechanism to integrate the two and applies it scientifically to the reality,so as to integrate the business flow, information flow, and capital flow in the supply chain to achieve the established performance goals. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:First, the current inter-organizational collaborative management control theory and performance evaluation theory are systematically and completely sorted out, revealing the insufficiency of existing research on collaborative management and performance evaluation of supply chain, and the integration issues. The second is to combine the results of previous studies and absorb the collaborative characteristics of the supply chain to construct a supply chain collaboration model with a three-dimensional hierarchy of strategic, tactical, and operational layers and a corresponding performance evaluation index system, and to propose the management, control and evaluation cycle with five elements including collaborative goal setting, method execution, and performance evaluation, use of internal reporting as a tool.Third, combining the theoretical results with the analysis results in case companies to conduct in-depth analysis and find the disadvantages of chain collaboration and performance indicators design, and put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement, while also applying the two to the cycle and listing some difficulties in the combining, helping companies to promote"third-rate" collaborative management control in order to achieve the established performance goals and achieve the best overall value.
