China Mobile Inner Mongolia Corporation is the advanced mobile communication carrieroperator over Inner Mongolia,K company is its branch in K city.Because it is located in K City,the user scale and market share in the Inner Mongolia 12 city branchs were at the forefront,which has an important meaning for the development of China Mobile Inner Mongolia Corporation,while in the 4G era,K company's implementation of 4G play a key role of the China Mobile Inner Mongolia Corporation's 4G development.This article will focus on K company's 4G business marketing strategy,analysis of its current 4G business problems,explore its causes,and put forward targeted marketing strategy.This thesis will use the theory and practice of combining research methods,through the PEST analysis of the macro environment and micro environment analysis,SWOT analysis,STP analysis method,combined with the market survey of K company's 4G business all-round analysis,analysis of the existing problems and proposes feasible Hsolutions.This thesis is divided into the following parts: firstly,tell the K company's current business situation and the current 4G business marketing existing problems;secondly,analysis the K company's current 4G business environment,and carry out market research to understand the current customer demand;again do the market segmentation and target market selection on K company's 4G service;formulate corresponding marketing strategy with the selection of target market;finally,draw up effective security measures to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the K company's 4G business,formulate reasonable development strategies and measures,and provide some reference and suggestions for the development of K company's 4G business.At the same time,this article also provides some reference for the other carrieroperators of K city with their development.
