Research On Project Management Of Attracting Investment In Shanhai Cooperative Economic Zone

Shanhai cooperation is a cooperative development mode between the developed coastal areas and the relatively backward inland mountainous areas.The main task of the industrial park promoting mountain and sea collaboration is the landing of attracting investment projects.Each investment attraction activity is a special form of project,which is different from construction projects.The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of investment promotion projects at different levels and stages.Through the analysis of the main characteristics,the degree of influence and the probability of investment promotion management in this park,this dissertation puts forward some pertinent methods for improving the investment project management.This dissertation focuses on two aspects.The first on is on the theoretical basis,including the key technology of project management and its improvement in organizational management.It also puts forward solutions to the existing key managerial technical problems.Second,the study concentrates on the effective strategies for communication and management of investment attraction projects in Shanhai cooperation economic zone,especially the prominent features of communication planning,selection of communication tools,adjustment of key factors of communication,communication management control and communication evaluation.Some effective communication and management strategies and evaluation mechanisms have then formed.The research shows that personnel is the important support to the investment attraction project,and communication mechanism plays the role of core link.This shows that the project-oriented management of investment attraction has its own laws and characteristics.The core of projectized management of investment attraction project are organization management and communication management.Meanwhile,the projectized management of investment attraction and promotion produces scientific method research in the field of administrative management.
