Research On The Financial Risks Of E-commerce Companies

The rapid development of the Internet and information technology has enabled the rapid development of e-commerce.At the national level,e-commerce has become the "new driving force" for China's economic growth in the new century.For ordinary people,online shopping has become a habit,changing people's thinking and lifestyle.The support of the state and the improvement of people's attention to e-commerce have prompted more and more enterprises to follow the trend of The Times to carry out e-commerce activities,and the competition of e-commerce market has become increasingly fierce.At the same time,e-commerce enterprises in the context of economic globalization,obtain a broader development space.But under the new opportunity,space,also makes the electric business enterprise management is facing new challenges and more risk,the risk in financial aspect,therefore should pay great attention to the electric business enterprise financial risk problems.Firstly,this paper comprehensively understands the current situation and theory of financial risk management,and defines relevant concepts,laying a foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,it distinguishes between e-commerce enterprises and traditional enterprises,and finds that common financial risks mainly include financing risk,investment decision risk,technical risk and credit risk,etc.After that,we conclude from the whole,and summarize the internal and external factors of the financial risk of e-commerce enterprises.Based on the preliminary results of the study,an O2 O e-commerce enterprise was selected to conduct a typical case analysis.Through understanding the company's basic business processes,it can roughly identify some financial risks that may occur in the company.Then it analyzes the financial statements of the case companies in the past three years.Based on the qualitative and quantitative identification,select the financial indicators and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.Comparing the “Enterprise Performance Evaluation Standard Values”,the financial risks of the case companies are summarized.In addition to showing the common financial risks of e-commerce companies,the problems of unreasonable cash flow risks and dividend distribution policies are relatively prominent.Finally,according to the specific situation of the case company,the corresponding risk control strategy is provided for the financial risk of the company,meanwhile,it puts forward the measures to strengthen the financial risk prevention and improve the emergency plan.About electricity business enterprise financial risk problems,research and analyze through the specific case,have the effect of view,can fill using the case to the shortage of the financial risk in a specific enterprise research,understanding of other electric business enterprise financial risk,analysis,prevention and control to provide certain reference.But financial risk throughout the business activities of each link,the internal and external factors influencing the financial risk of complex and changeable,it is difficult to fully understand,combined with the author knowledge level,and the limit of the thought Angle,so the understanding of financial risk has limitations,there are some disadvantages,need further improvement,and further research are discussed.
