As an important asset of an enterprise,inventory plays an important role in the production and operation of the company.With the development of economy and the continuous expansion of business scale,more and more enterprise managers are beginning to realize the importance of inventory management.They have explored inventory management methods and many inventory management methods have been proposed successively.ABC taxonomy,EOQ,JIT,and VIM are widely available.However,these methods only aim at certain aspects of inventory management.For example,the ABC taxonomy,EOQ and VIM are all directed at the management of the company's procurement chain,and the JIT is aimed at the production chain inventory management.The inventory management actually involves all aspects of the company's production and operation management,including procurement,production,logistics and sales.If inventory management focusing on only one aspect is inevitably due to poor consideration,inventory management can hardly achieve good results.At the same time,with the continuous development of the “Internet plus” information technology,individual companies are no longer isolated individuals,and companies have more opportunities to communicate and collaborate.Therefore,traditional inventory management methods only focus on internal management within a single company.Even focusing only on inventory management in a certain aspect of production and operation,it is closed and one-sided,and it is difficult to meet the needs of business development.The development of “Internet plus” information technology has brought about changes in management,and it has brought new ways of thinking to the Inventory management of Liquor Enterprises.Through the establishment of platforms for data collection,organization,sharing,and feedback,all aspects of inventory management can be put in place,and overall thinking from the entire production and operation link can be taken into consideration,thus making up for the lack of traditional inventory management focusing on only one aspect.This article attempts to consider the traditional inventory management theory,based on the full use of the “Internet plus” information technology,to consider inventory management throughout the company's entire production and operation links,through the analysis of the “Internet plus” for corporate procurement,production,logistics,sales The impact of inventory management on the link,boldly built a new framework for inventory management under the “Internet plus” background,with a view to optimizing the traditional inventory management methods,and at the same time selecting a more powerful Guizhou Moutai as a case to pass Guizhou Moutai “Internet plus” The implementation of inventory management and the results achieved were analyzed to analyze how Guizhou Moutai achieved scientific and rational inventory management in the “Internet plus” era,thereby providing reference for more inventory management of liquor enterprises.
