In recent years,the financial market reform has been deepened gradually.Although the financial sector is still dominated by the banking industry,a large number of financial institutions and network financial platforms have led to the serious homogenization of personal financial products and services among banks,a single product structure,and a tedious business transaction with the financial network,resulting in a large number of customers choosing high interest rates.The financial institutions and the easy operating network financial platform purchase financial products,the bank has the phenomenon of customer loss,profit decline and lack of growth.This paper investigates the current situation of personal customer marketing,individual customer value and individual customer subdivision of commercial banks,from the present situation of individual customers and the existing individual customers.The analysis of three aspects of marketing analysis and personal customer market analysis is carried out to analyze the financial customers in Huludao,and the optimization scheme for target customer marketing strategy is put forward.We should optimize the financial marketing strategy of Huludao wide issue to maximize the profits and competitiveness of banks.At the same time,it is expected that this article will provide some reference and reference for the same type of joint-stock commercial banks in the personal customer marketing.
