Research On Profit Improvement Of ZX Bank

Before 1990s,domestic commercial banks had monopoly status,interest rate protection and soft capital constraints and loose business environment made banks lack of operational pressure,and there was no urgent and practical demand for meticulous management.In twenty-first Century,China's financial system reform deeply,financial disintermediation deepening,the interest rate market continues to advance,Basel III was introduced,the capital market has been developing rapidly.In recent five years,financial supervision strengthened,the financial and artificial intelligence is developing.Those changes the operation environment,the traditional development model has come to an end.Under the new situation,we must get rid of the pursuit of the size of deposits and the rapid development of the scale,must establish the scientific management mode,take the customer as the center,product oriented.To achieve the transformation of business mode,it is urgent to improve themanagement of banks,which relies on the implementation and application of modern management accounting system.The commercial bank is a special enterprise operating currency and risk,so the analysis dimensions will involve industry,maturity,currency,channel with banks,and pricing management with bank operating characteristics and the internal funds transfer risk management,economic capital cost and capital cost management of specialized management tools,makes the commercial bank management accounting system with unique features.In this paper,I will start with the relevant theories and methods of management accounting,learn from the experience of western commercial bank management accounting application,take ZX bank management accounting system as a example,put forward to the application scheme of scientific management accounting,discuss the promblems of existing management process,put forward to some suggestions for improvement,make the management accounting tools applied in the process of the commercial banks management more effectively.
