Study On Export Credit Of Agricultural Products In China

At present,China is vigorously promoting the policy of promoting exports,and the pattern of export-oriented economic systems has taken shape.A good trade policy environment is driving China's transition from a big agricultural product producer to a strong agricultural exporter.China's superior geographical location and variety of agricultural products are the inherent advantages in agricultural trade.Exporting agricultural products with comparative advantages will help to accelerate agricultural development and increase farmers' income.Export credit is a powerful tool to assist the export of commodities and has been widely used in the world.Although China's export credits started relatively late,they already have a basic system and have already played their advantages in promoting the export of large-scale domestic machinery and equipment,but they are far from reaching their due level in assisting the export of agricultural products.Export credits for agricultural products are in urgent need of reform.The existing literature rarely finds research on the issue of export credit of agricultural products.Therefore,this article will analyze the external environment and current problems of agricultural product export credits,and provide relevant recommendations for the development of it,which is better for export credit.Serving agricultural products is very necessary.This is very necessary for export credits to provide better services for the export of agricultural products.Based on the research on the issue of export credit for agricultural products,this paper mainly uses the induction and summarization method,qualitative analysis method,and PEST analysis method to analyze the export credit of agricultural products.From the point of view of the mismatch between export credit and agricultural product export,the issue of single model and high barriers to the export credit of agricultural products is studied.Through the study of this paper,we found that China's agricultural export credit has major problems in terms of funding sources,enterprise selection,model adjustment and innovation.Many details are still in the stage of exploration.The imperfection in the domestic export credit system makes the export credit of agricultural products not serve the export of agricultural products better.Therefore,it is suggested that,in view of funding sources,at the official level,it is necessary to increase support funds,lower operating costs,increase export credit insurance,and increase the proportion of export credit insurance;at the commercial level,it is necessary to increase the incentives and advantages of commercial institutions to enter the export credit industry through national guarantees and market segmentation.In the area of enterprise screening,it is recommended that the selection be made in conjunction with government policies,market guidance,and review by professional departments.In response to the adjustments and innovations of the model,combined with the advantages of agricultural product export credits in developed countries,adjustment proposals have been given in terms of export credit financing,insurance,and guarantees;according to the characteristics of agricultural exports,innovative agricultural product export credit products were conceived.Ultimately,export credits can better serve the export of agricultural products.
