The development and utilization of energy has great influence on the ecological environment.Pu’er is the only national green economy pilot demonstration area in China currently.The criterion is to strengthen industry management and establish a modern management system.The formulation of greenization standards can provide a scientific basis for exploring green economy evaluations,implementing green new policies,and promoting green development.The transportation industry is one of the areas that have a major impact on the promotion of greenization.At present,there are still many bottlenecks in the energy use and consumption of the transportation industry in Puer,which are inconsistent with the development of the green economy.Develop the greenization evaluation criterion required to regulate the energy use of the transportation industry.At first,This study combines the research of ecological civilization,green economy,and greenization in domestic and abroad,scientifically defines the concept of greenization,and combines the characteristics of the transportation industry to propose the connotation and extension of greenization in the transportation industry;The traffic energy status has conducted in-depth research,analysis,and research.It has analyzed the characteristics of the transportation industry in Pu’er and the current status of its energy use management.It closely describes the current situation and requirements for the development of green economy and ecological civilization in international,national,Yunnan,and Pu’er.Using theories and methods of energy management theory and standard formulation,we will conduct basic research on the compilation and formulation of local standards for energy management in the transportation industry,and prepare and formulate scientific and feasible green energy management regulations for the transportation industry for Pu’er and other similar regions.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The greenization of energy in the transport industry refers to optimize theenergy structure of transportation,increase the proportion of clean energy used in transport energy,and control the use of non-clean energy such as gasoline and diesel;On the other hand,it is necessary to increase the energy efficiency of transportation and reduce the total energy consumption of the transportation industry.At the same time,a corresponding regulatory system should be established at the government level to improve the statistical supervision of transportation energy use so as to reduce the environmental pressure caused by transportation energy pollution.(2)The influencing factors of energy greenization in the transportation industry include development policies,traffic management etc.It is necessary to find the energy use of the transportation industry in conjunction with influencing factors and identify key energy use links that affect the greening of energy.(3)The assessment criteria and requirements for green energy appraisal criteria for the transportation industry in Pu’er include green energy use,new energy vehicles,comprehensive energy consumption,green travel,intelligent transportation,transportation equipment,transportation infrastructure,green driving training and publicity,and systems.In nine aspects such as construction,this set of criteria has certain scientificity and operability.(4)The formulation of criterion has a phased nature.The selection of indicators at the current stage is limited by a variety of factors and should be adjusted accordingly with the development of the actual situation.After the criterion of the current stage are basically achieved,they should be investigated and analyzed.Combining with the actual formulation of the greening criterion for the next phase,we will gradually increase the level of greenization in the transportation industry.(5)The introduction of criterion requires sound basic research.The formulation of a greenization criterion for the transportation industry should first clarify the connotation and extension of relevant concepts,and then conduct research in light of the impact factors of greenization to find out the direction and focus of promoting greenization.Then,the evaluation indicators were determined theoretically,and thenreturned to the actual verification,and finally the "criterion" framework was produced as the basis for formulating the relevant criterion. |
