Small and micro businesses plays an important role in China's socialist market economy,It has large quantity,wide distribution,and various types.It not only helps china to adjust and improve the industrial structure but also promotes employment,creates production value and push forwards the process of urbanization,it plays an important role in promoting economic and social development.The communist party' s central meeting clearly indicates that China will support Small and micro businesses.However,the small and micro enterprises are plagued by financing difficulties due to the size of enterprises and the guarantees of the enterprises.The problem of bank credit financing has become an significant factor which wills restricting its rapid development.In recently years,with the rapid development of accelerating interest rate and direct financing in the market,all the commercial banks seek for strategic transformation.The commercial banks launch various types' products of loans for the small enterprises.Minsheng Bank as a pioneer in this field,it had done lots of investigation to develop types of product to support the small enterprises,in order to help them to solve financial problem.As a result,Minsheng bank summed up the financial issues,customer perspective and customer resource classification of small and micro enterprises,push out the small micro credit financial services.This dissertation is based on the Fuzhou branch of Minsheng bank 's city commercial cooperatives and mutual fund loans,through the small city commercial cooperatives platform,summed up the new mode of national banks using Small and micro businesses,provides an useful reference for solving small micro credit barriers.Finally,combining the actual problems reflected by specific cases,and provides the future research direction of sustainable business model of small micro finance.
