In recent years,with the development and changes in the economic situation,science and technology SMEs have become more and more important in China’s socialist market economy.In particular,with the continuous in-depth development of innovation in popular entrepreneurship,technological SMEs have made technological innovations in the country.The contribution is growing.However,at the same time,many technology-based SMEs have some problems that cannot be ignored in terms of technological innovation.For example,there is no feasible and effective implementation path and measures for technology innovation strategies and technological innovation strategies that are in line with the actual development of enterprises.H company is a typical technology-based SME,It also encountered similar problems in the process of rapid growth.This article takes H company as an example,carries on the research to its technological innovation strategy’s analysis,the choice,the implementation,the safeguard and so on,and through analyzing H company’s external environment,has the innovation resources and the ability,proposed H company’s technological innovation Strategy,implementation path and safeguards.Through the research on the issues related to the technology innovation strategy of H company,it is hoped to provide reference for similar SMEs,which will help guide the development of technological innovation of SMEs in China.This article uses literature research,case studies,surveys and other methods to study the company’s technological innovation strategy.Firstly,the background of the thesis topic was introduced,the significance of the research was analyzed,and the research content of domestic and foreign scholars related to the enterprise technology innovation strategy was analyzed and elaborated.Secondly,this article comprehensively discusses the theory of enterprise technology innovation strategy,mainly introduces the connotation,goal and mission of enterprise technology innovation strategy,and classifies the enterprise technology innovation strategy from different dimensions,and then analyzes it from five aspects.Technological SMEs’ Characteristics in Technological Innovation Strategies.Once again,it conducted a systematic analysis and demonstration of the research case of Hcompany.It introduced the reasons and basic conditions of the case selection at first,expounded H company’s current status,major products,and marketing models,and reviewed and summarized H company’s development history since its establishment.Then,it conducted a comprehensive analysis of the main influencing factors involved in the company’s technological innovation strategy,including the external environment,internal resources,and technological innovation capabilities.Next is the core part of the paper.After systematically comparing the three different technological innovation strategies of independent innovation,cooperative innovation,and imitative innovation,it propose the technological innovation strategy that should be adopted by H company in the next step of development,and implement this The main path and key measures of the technological innovation strategy,and then further proposed H company’s technological innovation strategy safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of technological innovation strategy.At last,the thesis generalizes the paper and puts forward the alternative follow-up research directions.According to the research results,this paper believes that H company should adopt a technology innovation strategy that is based on cooperation and innovation and independent innovation as its own reality,and strengthen strategic implementation and guarantee to ensure that the company has long-term development of market competitiveness.To be widely adopted,technological SMEs should start from the actual situation of the enterprise and compare and select technological innovation strategies that meet the development needs of the enterprise.
