| With the rapid development of the internet economy,e-commerce is getting more and more attention.However,the rise of environmental protection and re-source saving awareness,make more enterprises pay attention to the recycling and reuse of waste products.Therefore,modern enterprises must solve the design and management problems of supply chain network in order to occupy the dominant position in the fierce market competition.This paper studies the design and optimization of closed-loop supply chain in e-commerce environment.The full paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,the development and research status of supply chain are summarized,especially the new characteristics of closed-loop supply chain in the e-commerce environment.In the second part,the model of closed-loop supply chain network in e-commerce environment is established based on the determinate demand of customers.Under the transport strategy of online priority,big customer priority and distance prior-ity,genetic algorithm is designed to solve this model.Finally,the optimal location of alternative facilities and the optimal transportation schemes between logistics links are given by the simulation experiment.The results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective.The third part,the model of e-commerce closed-loop supply chain based on customer demand determine,taking into account the network with repair and return services,based on the second part of the site selec-tion and the transport solutions of each node,the cost of repairs and returns was calculated.In the fourth part,based on the randomness of the customer demand and the complexity and fuzziness of the product recycling process,the principles of online priority,power priority,big customer priority and distance priority are proposed,and the mathematical model of the problem is established.This paper designs a genetic algorithm for location optimization and transportation strategy,and uses fuzzy mathematics theory to convert fuzzy parameters in the model into deterministic parameters,and penalty function is used to justify unbalance between supply and demand.Finally,some simulations have realized the optimization of site selection and transportation strategy.The results show that the model designed in this paper is appropriate and the algorithm is effective. |
