| Under the background of strong development in electronic commerce,in order to get rid of the predicament and the crisis of declining performance of enterprise management,more and more enterprises take O2O market transformation,a net on the road to the O2O mode transformation.O2O business model in corporate transformation process,the management of working capital is a problem that cannot be ignored,which affects the transformation O2O business model can successfully,affect the enterprise production and operation condition,and even affect the enterprise’s solvency and lead to bankruptcy,so the enterprise in O2O mode to study the situation of the management of working capital,it is very necessary.In this paper,using literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,first of all,working capital management and literature review of O2O model is analyzed and expounded;Secondly analyses the traditional working capital management system and its defects,build the O2O mode of working capital management system,and carries on the advantage analysis;Again,with the typical Su Ningyun business as an example,this paper introduced some Su Ningyun business basic situation,respectively from the perspective of channels,and factor perspective analysis of the O2O mode Su Ningyun business working capital management status;Finally,according to the problems put forward the corresponding suggestion.Elements in this paper,from the perspective of channel and perspective of Su Ningyun business working capital management status in 2010-2016 were analyzed,and found Su Ningyun business transformation after O2O business model,speed up the construction of the logistics system,speed up the flow of inventory and the supplier’s settlement efficiency,total working capital management performance improvement,but also has some problems,such as more aggressive investment policy,the inventory management problems remains to be promoted,the supplier of serious and so on,finally aiming at the problems Su Ningyun business working capital management,put forwar the following Suggestions: to improve the investment strategy,reduce dependence on suppliers and supply chain innovation reform,perfect the construction of online purchasing platform logistics platform,adhere to the "three appoaches cloud four terminal" Internet retail strategy and so on,finally realize the successful transformation of O2O mode. |
