With the development of the economy and the advancement of global integration,the economic shape and industrial institutions are experiencing rapidly change.Consumers are no longer satisfied with the single production activate and production method of manufacturing enterprises,and also the demand tends to be personalized and diversified.In order to cater for changes in the market and customer needs,companies are gradually transitioning from a manufacturing-centered to a service-centered,and the development trend of manufacturing services has become increasingly evident.The service-oriented manufacturing industry is an industry model that promotes the transition from traditional manufacturing to a new service-based manufacturing,promotes quality and efficiency,creates new advantages in industrial competition,and better meets the needs of the market for personalization and specialization.As far as our country is concerned,as economic development enters a new stage of high-quality development guided by efficiency improvement,China's manufacturing industry has also experienced phenomena of accelerating service delivery,and what kind of impact will the manufacturing service industry have on corporate performance?How to adapt to the new trend of service development in manufacturing,and enhance the performance of enterprises through the transformation of manufacturing companies?Is an important issue that needs to be attended in realizing to high-end upgrading of the industry at this stage?Regarding to the influence of manufacturing service-based on business performance,many scholars have conducted research on theoretical,empirical and case studies.Basically formed three kinds of cognition,manufacturing service and enterprise performance show a positive correlation,negative correlation and positive correlation negative correlation phased changes.Based on relevant research,this paper attempts to combine the practical process of transformation of China's manufacturing service with relevant theories,and studies and proposes two types of service transformation and three phases of the impact of service-oriented transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises on service performance.The process of change.China's manufacturing industry has developed under the strategy of import substitution and export orientation.It has catching-up development characteristics,and it has formed a problem of insufficient service development and short service support.Therefore,in the early stage of service development,it is also a low level of service.The development stage is mainly based on production-oriented service.It is a kind of make-up class,which makes up for the short service of the service industry.The proportion of the service industry at this stage is relatively low,but the scope of service and the scope of the manufacturing process effect is obviously.Service-based service significantly improves corporate performance,it is a development stage that is clearly and positively related.With the increase in the proportion of service industry,the problem of short-serving services has been resolved to a certain degree,and the company has gradually entered a profit-oriented service oriented to the new trend.In the development stage,service-based innovation as an important model of the company has become one of the important profit models.As profit-oriented service development requires a technical preparation and talent preparation,especially the growth process of market development,the service investment in this period is relatively large,but the effect of service-based improvement on corporate performance is not obvious,and the scale of service investment is not significant.The economic effect has not yet formed.Therefore,there is a negative correlation between service and corporate performance during this period.With the improvement of service level,the service business gradually reaches the level of economies of scale,and the effect of large-scale service investment on corporate performance improves.Began to highlight the positive relationship between manufacturing company service and corporate performance began to take shape.Based on the three phases of these two types of service changes,this paper proposes a three-phase saddle-shaped relationship between manufacturing company services and business performance,and then uses panel data from 1,287 listed manufacturing companies over the decade 2007-2016.A regression analysis was conducted on the characteristics of this relationship.The empirical analysis results support the results of theoretical analysis.At the same time,the paper also conducts a regression analysis on sample manufacturing companies in the three major distribution regions of eastern,central and western China,and concludes that the service level of manufacturing enterprises in the eastern region has a U-shaped relationship with corporate performance,and the degree of service of manufacturing enterprises in the central and western regions There is a "horse-saddle" relationship with business performance.Because the service industry in the eastern region is more developed than the central and western regions,there is no process of filling up the shortcomings in the service industry,and it is directly entering the second stage of service development.The innovations in this paper are:Innovation in research perspectives.Based on previous studies of manufacturing service,the paper proposes two types of service transformation and three phases of changes in the impact of service transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises on service performance.That is to say,service-oriented services and service-oriented services,which have a lower proportion of service business,are more profit-oriented service-oriented services.In the former type of service-based services,service-oriented and corporate performance have a clear positive correlation.In the latter type of service,there is a negative correlation between service and business performance,and a positive correlation is formed.And comparing the impact of the service of manufacturing companies on the performance of the three regions in the East,Central and West regions.
