With the national economy entering the new normal,the manufacturing industry in China has slowed down,and the packaging&printing industry has also entered the development of speed regulator,and gradually showing a stable development trend.At the same time,the packaging printing industry is also facing some development difficulties:innovation ability needs to be improved,industrial structure needs to be optimized,green packaging technology,etc..LiangYuan Packaging Solution(LPS)is a professional packaging&printing service supplier,of which the main products are to provide customers with one-stop printing and packaging solutions from design,printing,packaging to supply chain management.At present,LPS has entered a critical period of development and they must update their products to a higher lever to adapt to the dynamic market environment.It has been the critical problem for LPS to developnew power for products transformation and development.On the basis of theoretical review,this paper analyzed the external environment,competitive position and competitive advantage of LPS respectivelythrough PEST and Five-force model,and then proposeLPS company’s vision and mission,strategic objectives,specific corporate strategy,competitive strategy,functional strategy,as well as specific implementation strategies.This study can not only help LPS companies to go better,more stable and further,but also provide some reference for more related enterprises to formulate reasonable development strategies during the period of economic restructuring.
