With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of people's awareness of eyes caring;the market of eye-protection lamp is rapidly expanding.As a professional eye-protection lamp enterprise,Edward has been continuously innovating and developing.It is committed to improving the brand image and value of Edward,which has made the product outstanding in the mid-to-high end market and gained the recognition and favor of the market and the vast number of consumers.However,faced with increasing fierce competition in the industry and the impact of emerging marketing models represented by e-commerce,Edward is faced with problems such as weak market growth and inefficient brand promotion,and it is urgent to seek effective ways to broaden the market.With the development and growth of e-commerce platform,the traditional sales model is no longer adapted to the new market environment,and the development of e-commerce marketing platform has become an important strategic choice that cannot be avoided by various enterprises.In the same way,our enterprise has to integrate effectively the sale of eye-protection lamp with e-commerce platform,explore actively and research the e-commerce marketing model of eye-protection lamp,in order to realize the transformation of the enterprise-marketing model from traditional to modern marketing.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of the enterprise development of Edward eye-protection lamp,then it expounds the situation of enterprise in e-commerce marketing from product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,and it analyzes a series of problems existing in these strategies.Secondly,the optimization of the marketing strategy for eye-protection lamps must be based on the enterprise's own situation and the environment of industry,in order to make it an effective strategy for the company.The SWOT matrix has become ane effective tool for the company to formulate its strategies.It mainly analyzes the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges in order to provide references for strategy formulation.Through analyses,it is necessary and feasible for Edward to develop actively the e-commerce marketing model,which can not only make full use of the existing core competitive advantages,but also make up for the inadequacy of the traditional marketing model in brand promotion and market expansion,thus achieving the transformation and development of the company.Finally,based on the practical situation of the company and the characteristics of Chinese e-commerce marketing,it proposes some optimization suggestions of e-commerce marketing strategy,based on optimization of product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,and promotion strategy.So that in the future,the company can expand sales,increase profits and increase visibility in the fierce competition.
