| Share buybacks has been more common in the capital market,but when the listed companies use it as a way of capital operation,it is a double-edged sword.In choosing this capital,it must be cautious.Meanwhile,select the appropriate time and right way is trying to achieve financial goals of the enterprise.Therefore,to strengthen the research can provide a stock repurchase of listed companies in China with more scientific theory basis.And it can make listed companies better understand the stock repurchase to promote the economic development of China.In view of the situation of the above researches,this paper takes the listed company as an example,analyzing the pharmaceutical stock repurchase motivations and financial effect of the JiangZhong Listed Company.It can provide a better guide method to improve return on equity of listed companies in China and realize the company’s optimal capital structure.It provides the basis for financial leverage to play more effectively,and conducive to equity from the perspective of corporate governance structure and corporate governance structure.In this paper,first of all,it introduces the relevant theories of the financial effect of stock repurchase,which provides the theoretical foundation for later analysis.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation and shareholders of the JiangZhong Listed Company,and this paper expounds the implementation of company stock repurchased financial situation,including stock repurchase plan,implementation and market reaction,etc.Then,this paper analyzes the stock repurchase motivations and deep reasons to share repurchase.Through analyzing and evaluating related indicators,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the influence of company’s share price,capital structure and ownership structure solvency profitability.Comparing with repurchased financial situation,found the problem of financial risk in enterprises after the stock repurchase.Finally,summing up the stock repurchase of inspiration,and puts forward some suggestions for other listed companies stock repurchase. |
