H Company is a world leader in the field of the passive component manufacturing,and provides passive components to mobile phone manufacturers,mainly chip resistors.Apple Inc.is main customer of H Company.H Company uses the specific strategies,provides the highest quality chip resistors to Apple Inc.,and obtains higher profit rate than others by its advanced technique and quality.The rapid adoption of smart phones is the most important driving force in the past to promote the growth of passive components.In 2016,according to IDC data,global smartphone shipments of 1.47 billion,an increase of only 2.3%,reached saturation point,at the same time,smart phone production costs dropped significantly,smart phone prices drop,I-phone sales growth slowed down,H company market share decline.At the same time as Xiaomi and Huawei market share rise,the demand for mid-range products will rise sharply,Price of H companies can not compete with other manufacturers,the growth of H is a serious test.If we do not make strategic adjustments,H companies have business shrinking and losing the risk of the market.Faced with this grim situation,H companies need to adjust the strategy of centralization,to the leading cost strategy to shift,by increasing R&D investment to optimize the production process and reduce production costs to maintain the status of high-end market,and in the mid-market breakthrough,in order to achieve the company's overall performance improvement.In order to ensure the successful implementation of the cost leadership strategy,H companies need to take appropriate measures in the core business of production operations,procurement,human resources,through the above measures to achieve cost advantages,consolidate high-end market position and achieve breakthrough in the development of mid-market business...
