Operating performance is a reflection of the operation efficiency and operator's performance in a certain period of time in an enterprise or unit,representing the profitability and sustainable development ability of an enterprise.Analysis and Research on the performance management through the application of qualitative and quantitative methods,the evaluation results will help guide enterprises to correctly carry out business activities,to find out the reasons for the gap and promote its operation,strengthen the basic management and improve operational efficiency.As a rural financial institution,rural credit cooperatives play an irreplaceable role in raising idle funds in rural areas and providing financial services for agriculture,farmers and rural economic development.The operation performance of rural credit cooperatives not only concerns the development and core competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives,but also affects the role of "three rural issues" in service.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss the performance of rural credit cooperatives.The purpose of this thesis is to fully understand the current situation of Kunming A branch of Yunnan Province Rural Credit Cooperatives,and to provide decision-making basis for the promotion of its operating performance.This thesis takes Kunming A branch of Yunnan Province Rural Credit Cooperatives as the research object,comprehensive use of literature analysis,case analysis and model analysis methods,based on introducing the operation status of Kunming A branch,the business development of the internal and external environment are analyzed;Combined with the relevant data of Kunming A branch in 2011-2016 years,the branch of the business performance of the application of Yaron performance evaluation method to evaluate.Research conclusions are:First,the external environment of Kunming A branch of is good,and the internal environment is grim.Second,the Yaron performance evaluation framework shows that Kunming A branch has been operating normally in recent years.Third,it is necessary for Kunming A branch to take a series of measures to improve its operating performance.The structure of the thesis,the paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1 is introduction;Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis;Chapter 3 is the operating status of Kunming A branch of Yunnan Province Rural Credit Cooperatives;Chapter 4 is performance evaluation of Kunming A branch of Yunnan Province Rural Credit Cooperatives based on YARON performance evaluation framework;Chapter 5 is upgrading path of the operating performance of Kunming A branch of Yunnan Province Rural Credit Cooperatives;Chapter 6 is conclusion.
