Research On Development Strategy Of Service Outsourcing Industry In Fuzhou Under The "Internet+" Background

At present,the world economy is still in the depth adjustment recovery period.Goods trade and foreign investment continued to grow in a low speed.But the global service outsourcing industry,with its own technical capacity,high added value,low carbon and environmental protection features,has achieved rapid development,which makes lots of contribution and influence to the development of the world economy.The advents of the Internet era subvert the traditional economic model and inject new impetus to the development of service outsourcing industry.In recent years,the service industry has become the important support of economic development in our country due to the globalization of service industry and the development of China's service industry.In March 2015,"Internet plus" became the national strategy of our country,which enhanced the level of service outsourcing,expanded the comparative advantages of service outsourcing,blurred the industry boundary of service outsourcing.China's service industry is under the pressure of transformation and upgrading under the impact of rapid IT development,fierce international competition and brand new business modes.In May 2016,Fuzhou has been officially approved as one of the 31 service outsourcing demonstration city in China.With its superior geographical location,perfect information technology and electrical power equipment,abundant human resources and newly-formed characteristic industrial cluster.But compared with other domestic cities with advanced service outsourcing industry,the index is still at a medium level and the comprehensive competitiveness needs to be strengthened.Therefore,how to adapt to new features of global economic development in an Internet era and achieve its own development of service outsourcing industry has become an important issue to be solved.Based on the discussion above,the paper mainly focus on the development of service outsourcing industry in Fuzhou city under the background of the "Internet plus".Summarize the causes of transformation of China's service outsourcing industry on the age of the Internet,analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of development of service outsourcing industry in Fuzhou by using SWOT,puts forward some issues such as the small scale and low level of the existing enterprise,lack of high-end talent and innovation-driven,not fully reflect the policy and the role of the association,weak protection of intellectual property rights.This paper argues that Fuzhou should learn from the successful experience of the development of service outsourcing domestic and abroad,give full play to their strengths,build "Internet service outsourcing industry upgrade system,build service outsourcing cloud platform and industrial cluster,innovate development mode of service outsourcing industry,promote the" Internet based service outsourcing "support system construction.Only through the above methods,Fuzhou can get a favorable competitive position and show a good momentum of development in the Internet era.
