From the mid-1990s,the concept of the Internet financial was brought into the financial market in China,the trend of Internet banking is growing at an irresistible rapid speed.The Internet companies have stepped in the traditional financial sector through comprehensive information media,entertainment media and online retailers.Small and medium commercial banks are facing pressure from Internet companies and the traditional financial sector as well as large commercial banks Internet.Internet companies who have a large customer base and e-commerce chain and technological advantages,while large commercial banks with capital advantages,areboth rapidly growing up in the Internet financial sector.Small and medium commercial banks with its own advantages innovative advantages and characteristics also can be successful in the process of the Internet financial developing.In this paper,I use G Bank as an example,and study through the method of theoretical analysis,qualitative analysis combined with descriptive analysis.By summarizing the financial connotation of the Internet,defining the characteristics of small and medium-sized commercial banks,combing the relevant theories of strategic management,Ianalyze the development status and current development strategy of G Bank under the background of Internet finance to analyze its problem and the reason.On the basis of this,Ialso analyze the environment and ability of G Bank through several important strategic analysis tools,and draw a strategic proposal on the future development of G Bank based on G Bank’s overall strategic goal and phased goal.I also provide measures and methods in the last part of paper,such as products,information,technology and human resources to ensure the accomplishment of the proposal.This paper explores the strategic measures of G Bank and then as also as the small and medium-sized commercial banks through the environmental analysis and capability analysis of G Bank under the background of the Internet financial.Small and medium-sized commercial banks can achieve the success in the context of Internet financial competition by the Internet business data cooperation with competitors to strengthen the Internet financial talent and develop the supply chain finance and other means.Small and medium-sized commercial banks shall grasp the opportunities under the Internet financial tide to reduce the gap among the competitors,and achieve the grand strategic objectives. |
