Research Of Schedule Management In M Product Testing Experiment

With the project schedule management as the core in this thesis,and use the schedule management means and methods to solve the M product testing experiment encountered in the development process,such an the problems of change of the time limit,resource allocation,unexpected instances.The main significance of study these problems is to make M product project orderly and complete early,and all of these are to achieve the goal of optimizing the time limit,optimizing resources and reducing waste.This thesis analyzes the deviation of these processes and plans,and thus leads to the project can not be completed processing within the scheduled time,then how to solve the deviation and adjust the progress has become a problem.We can adjust the resources in M project.In the early of the experiment,through the parallel operation way to shorten the construction period,such as to increase the personnel and funds,to make the work package work at the same time,and what is it can save a lot of time.Also through the duration of compression key work to shorten the construction period.In addition,the way to increase personnel training courses,although in the early show extended duration,but for the latter to shorten the duration of the project provides a good foundation.In the middle of the experiment,the key is the personnel.The professional quality,sense of responsibility and work attitude are directly determine the speed of the project process,we can optimize the allocation of resources to reduce the duration of the project.In this project,we can use the weekly work report as a means to control the project progress,and it can not only help the project leader understand the extent of the current project,but also help each person to clearly understand the extent of the completion or delay of his work,and help to adjust and correct the progress at any time.During the M project process,to use the means and the methods of the project schedule management make the M project completed earlier,and help the company to form a model and the flow chart,to provide how to deal with the problems in the future or similar projects.Also,what it is good for develop the multi-projects management and to help us to do something with the response to the deviation.
