Research On The Application Of Tourism Asset Securitization Financing Methods In Yunnan Province

Tourism is a strategic pillar industry of China’s national economy,in order to better development,China’s efforts to strengthen the key tourist attractions and tourist routes supporting infrastructure construction,financial support is the key.Yunnan Province is a large tourist province,tourist attractions and a large number of tourism enterprises,tourism occupies an important position in our province,in order to promote the tourism market growth,the province began to adjust the tourism industry structure and accelerate product construction,this requires a lot of financial support.At present,the financing channels of tourism enterprises in our province are centralized,the scale of raising funds is small,it is difficult to tap the consumption demand of tourism market,expand domestic demand and promote the development of tourism industry.Therefore,there is an urgent need for innovative financing to solve the financing problem.In this paper,the combination of normative analysis and case analysis,after understanding the core principles and basic principles of asset securitization,the tourism industry in Yunnan Province,the development trend and financing status analysis,found that the province’s traditional financing methods difficult to meet the existing financing Demand,and tourism asset securitization to meet the tourism investment and financing characteristics,tourism assets also meet the basic requirements of the financing,in the province to implement the financing method is feasible.Taking the securitization of admission ticket of B scenic area as an example,this paper analyzes the concrete implementation process of the core link of tourism asset securitization.The key to the success of tourism asset securitization is that the basic assets can produce stable and predictable cash flow in the future period.The basic assets can be reorganized with other assets of the enterprise and the purpose of "real sales" is reached.Can use a variety of credit measures to improve the basic asset credit rating.The financing of tourism asset securitization is feasible for the mature tourism enterprises and the tourism enterprises in the rising period,and it is not feasible for the enterprises in the construction period.Through the analysis of this paper,we can provide some reference for the financing of other tourism enterprises in Yunnan Province.
