Income Method In Business Evaluation

In the past 20 years,with the further development of the socialist market economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the third industry in China has developed rapidly.With the increasing frequency of dining out,China's catering industry has entered a period of rapid development.As a traditional industry in the third industry,China's catering industry is characterized by small scale,low contribution rate to the national economy,and relatively slow capital flow.As of December 2016,China's listed companies have exceeded 3000,but there are only 15 catering enterprises listed,which does not match the contribution rate and status of catering enterprises in the national economy.In this paper,through the analysis of current situation of listed less and difficult for the catering industry,the author thinks that one of the problems is very important in the catering enterprises mergers and acquisitions,restructuring and financing when the intrinsic value of how to correctly assess catering company to provide reference and help for investors,which make rational investment decisions,in this paper expounds the importance in the catering enterprises in the financing process of enterprise value evaluation,According to the evaluation methods of catering enterprises listed in the selection,this paper analyses the current situation of catering industry in China,and the existing evaluation methods of assets are elaborated and compared after selection by DCF(discounted cash flow)listed on the representative of the catering enterprises in Xi'an food group of the enterprise value evaluation the valuation date is December 31,2016,the evaluation data are mainly from the Xi'an diet 2011-2016 financial report.Through the evaluation and analysis of the case enterprises,this paper aims to prove the applicability of the DCF method in the valuation of catering enterprises,and to deepen the understanding and application of relevant theories and methods.
