| In 2013,Premier Li Keqiang raised the initiative that building enhanced China-ASEAN Free Trade Area at the China-ASEAN summit,had wined the support of many countries’ leaders.In 2014,the negotiations of the enhanced China-ASEAN Free Trade Area officially launched.On July,2016,the formal protocol of the enhanced China-ASEAN Free Trade Area came into effect.In September of the same year,Premier Li Keqiang and ASEAN leaders agreed to the cooperation between China and ASEAN Free Trade Area had fully demonstrated the bilateral economic and trade relations of political mutual trust and win-win cooperation.2017 is the 15th year of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,as the world’s biggest FTA with largest population,which of the main countries are in developing period,not only a great contribution to the development of the world economy,but also has been a leap-forward development.On the trade side,the volume of trade between China and Southeast Asian countries totaled 455.44 billion US dollars in 2016,accounting for 47.8 percent of China’s total trade with 64 countries along the " the Belt and Road",44.1 percent of exports and 53.6 percent of imports.From the side of investment,China’s total investment in ASEAN countries totaled 9.13 billion US dollars in 2015,an increase of 110%comparing to last year.China is still ASEAN’s largest trading partner,and ASEAN continues to be China’s third largest trading partner.Since the decline in international commodity prices and the slowdown of world economic growth,China’s trade volume with ASEAN has fallen slightly in the past two-years,and how to continue to deepen the FTA upgrading version to support the sustained and stable growth become a problem.From the perspective of long-term development,China should work with ASEAN countries to jointly resist external risks,and improve the autonomy of development in order to shape its own competitive advantage,and also for the future direction of development,which could be a new engine of this FTA.This paper takes the financial service,talent service,trade facilitation of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area as the research object.Through empirical analysis,it is proved that these factors have a significant influence on the FTA,and can find out that it can support the development of FTA as the powerful energy. |
