With the development of the growth of population and the popularities of the urbanization,there is less and less space for people to explore above the ground of the city,as a result,it causes a lot of negative effects for the urban inhabitants such as the destroy of the environment and the serious traffic jam and so on.At this time,it seems more and more important to explore and use the underground space,which will help to improve the environment and expand the city space.Underground space is an important source of the city which needs to be explored regularly and effectively.Learning from the experience of the other countries in the world,we can see that the most popular application of the underground space is the subway.This paper embroiders on the commercial strategies such as the project operation and the guidance of consuming behavior with the example of the 4th subway in Kunming.It aims at getting a comprehensive way to guide the exploration of the underground space.This paper presents the application of PPP in the 4th subway in Kunming,learning how project operates under this mode.Besides,with the studying the operation mode and the guidance of consumers,we can get a combined commercial strategy which can be used in the 4th subway in Kunming.Because of the limitation of the writer’s ability,the paper’s research on underground space commercial strategy is not detailed enough.More specific studies should be carried out on project operations(such as PPP、BOT、BT、ABS and TOT)which can direct the commercial exploration of the underground space. |
