With the gradual upgrading of information technology,China’s e-commerce industry has developed rapidly.Since 2005,the general office of the State Council issued several opinions on speeding up the development of e-commerce,and e-commerce has become a new impetus for economic development and entered the national discourse system.E-commerce and its derived "Internet plus" concept is an important starting point to promote entrepreneurship, stable employment, improving people’s livelihood service, and is of great importance to promote industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization.County e-commerce is an important component of the e-commerce industry, and the main position of the expansion of the current electricity supplier industry,so more and more people are paying attention to it.County e-commerce industry plays an important role in the development of rural areas in County, which brings new opportunities for development and provides a new platform for industrial development in these counties.County e-commerce industry has created conditions for the county level rural areas to raise the level of urbanization and increase the income of residents.Because the county economy is the basic unit of the national economy Chinese, and a source of future economic growth, promoting the development of electronic commerce in the county has important significance not only for the county itself, but also more for the development of China’s economy. The study of e-commerce industry from the geographical point of view is one of the important fields of academic interest. How to clearly and accurately reveal the spatial pattern characteristics of the county e-commerce industry is the focus of many scholars.First of all, this article excavated the county e-commerce development index(Alibaba e-Commerce Development Index)issued by Alibaba as the basic data of this study, and uses the methods of mathematical statistics and spatial autocorrelation to study the spatial pattern characteristics of China’s County e-commerce industry from two levels of macro provincials and micro counties. The research angle includes the network consumption situation and the network sale condition in the county of China. The research shows that the online shopping level in Chinese counties shows an overall trend along the eastern coast and along the border area, while the eastern coastal areas are highly diffused, and the other regions show a trend toward pole-axis development.China’s county level network operators show a trend of "Zhejiang Province as the center, from coastal to inland gradient".The eastern region has a high level of diffusion, and the central and western regions are dispersed at a low level. The study found that Jiangsu and Zhejiang is the most developed area of China’s County e-commerce,and the advantage is obvious,so this paper takes the counties of the two province as the research object,to further explore the spatial pattern of the county’s e-commerce developed areas. The results showed that,in the two provinces,"southern Jiangsu","Eastern Zhejiang","central Jiangsu" is the online shopping of high level area, and presents the distribution tendency of agglomeration. The spatial distribution of the network sale in the two provinces has the characteristics of agglomeration and dispersion, high level distribution trend in the central area of Zhejiang and the polar nuclei distribution trend appearing in other areas.Spatial autocorrelation analysis shows that the spatial agglomeration characteristics of county e-commerce in China are very obvious, and the agglomeration level of county network consumption is higher than that of county network sale.Based on revealing the spatial pattern of the e-commerce in the county,by using the spatial econometric model of the electricity supplier impact factors were fitted in proving the applicability of spatial econometric models and to explore the mechanism behind the County e-commerce.The results showed that the influence factors of e-commerce network consumption level is single. The operation mechanism is relatively simple, mainly by the information technology development level, the level of economic development and the residents’ savings condition, which has the greatest influence. However, there are many factors that affect the level of county network sellers, and the operation mechanism is more complex, which are closely related to the main industry development status, the local labor intensive quantity, number of wholesale and retail enterprises, number of employees in the second industry as well as financial service ability. At the same time, those counties with better economic conditions till now or with developed first industry and agriculture are not suitable for developing county e-commerce.This article can be divided into 6 parts:The first part is the introduction, putting forward the background of this research, summing up the county electricity supplier industry, econometrics and other related research progress, and on this basis, putting forward the purpose and significance of this study. The second part is the research design part of this paper, defining the object of this study, putting forward the research ideas and explaining the data source and the various space exploration data methods used in the article. The third and the fourth part respectively reveal the spatial distribution characteristics of county e-commerce in China from two dimensions:overall and local. The third part shows the distribution of the whole space of China’s County e-commerce from two angles of provincial and county, and in the fourth part the development of the electricity supplier in more developed regions(Jiangsu,Zhejiang)were further revealed. The fifth part analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of China’s e-commerce industry from two dimensions:the overall and the local. The selection and treatment of analysis factors, the selection of spatial model, the fitting results of the model and the mechanism of the analysis are introduced. The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion. It summarizes the main conclusions, innovations and shortcomings of this paper as well as looking forward to the further research in the future. The whole thesis contains about 45 000 words,43 pictures and charts. |
