Research On Private Enterprise Financing Problems And Risk Management Strategies

30 years of reform and opening up,the development of Chinese private enterprises have made great progress.Although they are not comparable with the private sectors in developed countries,they have not only promoted the development of China economy to a great extent,,but also played a key role in the development of socialist market economy especially since twenty-first Century,which generallly speaking promotes the steady growth of the national economy.But now,the main problem of the private enterprises in the development process is the financing difficulties,this problem is not only in China,developed countries are also facing it.Enterprises that try to take many different measures to solve this problem will probably face the uncontrolable risk of financing,which leads to restriction in the development of enterprises themselves and even influences the sustained and healthy development of China economy.The main content of this paper is China private enterprise financing present situation,financing problems,cause analysis and countermeasures,through literature analysis,case study method,comparative analysis and other research methods to analyze the current financing situation of Chinese private enterprises.This paper takes K company as an example,analyzes the problems and differences of the financing of private enterprises in different stages,and finds out the main factors which relates to financing,then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Generally,this paper put forward the financing risk control countermeasures of wind of private enterprises,including adopting the financing mode and financing structure suitable for the development of the enterprise,controlling financing risk factors,improving the liquidity of enterprises,focusing on strengthening capital management and control,improving the internal control mechanism,strengthening the construction of private enterprises etc..Through the above research,this paper tries to find a suitable way for the development of Chinese private enterprises financing.
