H company has more than twenty years of experience in the communications industry,although the smart terminal started late,with the operator bundled marketing,although the primary channel quite fruitful,but the construction is relatively limited.2012,H consumer business strategy reform,the traditional channel model to join the Internet platform,the use of H mall and online shopping platform for direct sales and distribution to increase sales of regional radiation.But online shopping platform is just an extension of the channel,not the Internet thinking in the comprehensive application of marketing channels,and the Internet is a kind of thinking to break the space,time limitations,subversion of the traditional way of thinking.The purpose of introducing this kind of thinking is to realize the maximization of enterprise value through "customer first".Based on the analysis of the history and current situation of H intelligent terminal marketing channel to start,through a questionnaire survey on H company's product users,from the three aspects of channel structure,channel relationship and channel management in-depth analysis,find out the shortage of existing channels,and to the Internet thinking of the nine thinking system as the foundation,proposed improvement of H company's marketing channel development.With the Internet thinking characteristics in the marketing channel on the basis of the development and the marketing channel of H company,through the "channel+Internet" to broaden the existing channels and effectively integrate channels,create the H company's marketing channel competitive advantage;give us change product dissemination channels of strong support for using the mobile Internet and share;at the same time in improving product market,strengthen customer relationship management using big data thinking;network structure using the Internet to obtain the brand reputation;the implementation of the "customer first" ideology,achieve customer value.Based on the in-depth study of the marketing channel of H company,this paper analyzes and summarizes the Internet marketing,and puts forward the feasibility of channel development.To provide reference for the Internet transformation of traditional enterprises,Internet marketing channels for the development of enterprises also have some practical significance.
