Research On The Risk Of Personal Credit Business

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the quality of life of the people has been continuously improved,and the consumption concept has been changing with each passing day.The demand for personal credit business has also been rising,showing universal and daily characteristics.As the personal credit business has a very large market,the commercial banks are attached great importance to the development of personal credit business,scrambling to increase investment in personal credit business.However,compared with the developed countries,the development of China's commercial bank personal credit business is still in the initial stage,in the risk control is not yet mature.Personal credit business in the process of rapid development,the risk of the problem is gradually exposed.Therefore,how to effectively prevent and manage the risk of personal credit business has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the personal credit business in the development process and the reasons for its formation,and studies the common risk and individual risk in the personal credit business of commercial banks.Taking A Bank as an example,this paper uses the case analysis method to summarize the method of A bank's prevention and management of personal credit business risk,discusses the existing problems of the implementation method,and gives the way to strengthen the risk management of personal credit business.This paper contains six parts,the first part is the introduction,elaborated the research background,the purpose and its significance,from the credit risk causes,the commercial bank personal credit business development,the commercial bank personal credit risk type and the recognition,the commercial bank Personal credit risk prevention measures and other aspects of a brief overview of the current domestic and foreign research on personal credit business and summarized,and introduced the specific ideas and methods of this study and innovation.The second part introduces the basic concept of personal credit business,the classification of personal credit business and the characteristics of personal credit business,and then elaborates the development process and related basic theory of personal credit business risk control theory.The third part elaborates the common causes and individual causes of the risk of the commercial bank's personal credit business.Among them,the common causes include systemic risk,the risk difference of the borrower group and other common risks.The individual causes include the impact of market volatility on the repayment ability of the borrower,the asymmetry of the information to the borrower's repayment ability and the repayment intention Influence,moral hazard,and policy andlegal risk.The fourth part takes A bank as an example to introduce the general situation of A bank,the development of personal credit business,the specific case of personal credit business risk exposure and the shortcomings of A bank personal credit business risk control method and risk control,Its personal credit system is not perfect,the lack of attention to the potential risk,customer quality decline,management is not in place,the approval system rigid and so on.The fifth part is based on the problems pointed out in the fourth part,from the prevention of common risk and prevention of individual risk in two aspects,put forward to prevent systemic risk,group risk and multi-sectoral cooperation to enhance the analysis to determine the risk of sustained release,embedded insurance Business slow release A bank personal credit business risk and other countermeasures.The sixth part is the conclusion of the research,the shortcomings of the study and the future research direction.
